Delays caused by lack of client communication or required approvals may impact project timelines. The Vail Collective is not responsible for delays due to client inaction.
4. Payments & Billing
All payment terms—including project fees, deposits, cancellation policies, and payment schedules—will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by those specific terms.
Late payments may incur additional fees. No deliverables will be released until payments are made in full, unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. If terminated:

The client remains responsible for fees associated with services rendered up to the termination date.

Any purchased items, design materials, or deposits may be non-refundable.

The Vail Collective reserves the right to retain ownership of any incomplete design concepts.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—are the intellectual property of The Vail Collective and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without prior written permission. All design deliverables are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design advice is provided based on professional expertise and the information you provide. The Vail Collective is not liable for:
